I’m an advocate of conscious leadership as I believe it’s the most effective way to foster collaboration, creativity and innovation. People who can observe the world around them, recognize opportunities and have the courage and drive to overcome challenges in order to fulfil their goals. I admire people that have vision and are able to execute it and bring it into reality.

Who do you admire in business and in life generally? I always find ways to improve, develop ideas and seek new opportunities. I am surrounded by lots of inspiring people that teach me new lessons every day. He was funny, adventurous and used all those cool gadgets to fight against the bullies. Growing up, Marty was my definition of cool. I’ve always found this character and the movies to be innovative and ahead of their time. Marty McFly from the Back to the Future franchise. Did you have a hero when you were younger? And now, as CEO of Vonder, I use my experience to establish this company as a leading global co-living brand. Then, as a university lecturer, I educated the next generation of people who were eager to learn and expand their horizon. It all started with my passion for traveling, meeting new people and exploring different cultures and places. I’ve always been curious, ambitious and driven, creating my own opportunities as I go. Īs a provider of rented co-living accommodation in various locations in London, Warsaw and Berlin, Vonder aims to provide ‘digital nomads and young professionals’ with an urban home-from-home where they can connect with like-minded individuals while developing their careers and expanding their social networks. He has combined his love of traveling with his knowledge and experience of commercial property in his role as CEO of Vonder. Tomer Bercoviz was born in Haifa, Israel and holds an MBA in Financial Engineering and Real Estate from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
